Mourinho keen to taking over spurs managerial post

Jose Mourinho is keen on the idea of replacing Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham , according to reports.
Speculation is mounting Pochettino is looking for an exit route from Spurs following a dismal start to the Premier League campaign for the Londoners.
A number of players at the club believe Pochettino is biding his time until he can quit Spurs, but the Daily Mail claim one of football’s most high profile coaches is eyeing up the job.
Mourinho has been out of work since he was sacked by Manchester United last season.

The Portuguese is weighing up his options and has already turned down an approach from Benfica and a big money offer from China.
While Tottenham’s squad is in need of a massive overhaul, managing Spurs is a prospect that appeals to Mourinho.
Real Madrid is another club Mourinho is attracted to, although the 56-year-old has already had one ill-fated spell with the Spaniards.
Tottenham fans know Mourinho well following his time at Chelsea, where he won three Premier League titles, and at United.
Mourinho has been a regular on Sky Sports this season as a pundit and insisted he was in no rush to return to management.
He said: ‘I have to be patient and wait for the right opportunity and the right opportunity is one that is at the same size and the same level that I am as a manager.

‘I have to wait for the exact right one.’
